I'm not usually "IT challenged" but I don't know what's going on with it, i have it coming from photobucket, and it's withing the size regulations, but still shows X 
Bill Gates, can you help me?

Not Bill Gates but mine was having problems also so I went to the other forum and went into my profile and cut and pasted in the one from there and it works fine now.

Use the "Profile" tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to Avatar Control Panel and browze up & upload your pic.
NOTE: there are size restrictions for the pic that MUST be adhered to for it to work.
