Actually, the pic where it was completely dark was the fish pic taken. The pic with him colored was after it sat for a few min and regained some color. I had looked on the internet at whether the meat was really any good and most of the websites online said Sailfish was considered too tough to be any good....well that's NOT what we found to be true..... Congrats again Jake and thanks a bunch for the fillets!
