Well It was king haven again today. Got there at 1:00pm north wind around 15mph water was clear with swells around 2 feet. The bite was on most of the day, with a little lul around 1-2 pm. Most of the kings were in the 10-12 # range with some a bit bigger.  Big spanish around as well and bull reds. Bait was LY's and hard tails for the most part. Some nice pomps caught in the wash late in the day.  Left at 4:45 with two in the box and one donated.

Word for the day was....KINGDEMONIUM!!! I'd say easily 75 fish hit the deck...at times, 5+ peeps were on at a time...It pretty much lasted all day...at least 3 25+# fish were seen...A few threads were about as well as LY's and HT's. A GREAT day!!! Even though the wind was out of the north, it didn't seem to matter wo them...

I'm the kid who lost the 20+ king to the pilings at around 4. I was slightly pissed...

I couldn't get around that stubborn jerk when going down the rail. He wouldn't move. Whatever, I'll make it up this weekend with a 30#r.
