I picked up a spheros 12000FA a few months ago at Bluewater on sale for $109. Not sure which one yours is. The 6500b is now a thing of the past and they were selling them at half hitch for under $100 last month. The new Shimano Baitrunners are awesome looking reels. They are now even numbers from 4000 to 12000 series. Cant wait to get a few.

not on topic, but to add on to the new baitrunner talk, i have one of the new baitrunners... man they are sweet. they renumbered them so they match the rest of their spinning reel sizes.
