No, not that, it's just a courtesy thing from pier rat to pier rat. I'm heading out with Mike York in the morning for sails and will be fishing around the pier. Gonna be motoring up to the pier to holler at a few people and I don't need some jackass who thinks he is a "regular" to throw at us.

As as local pier fisherman you know you bend rules for other locals. And it's not quite the same when I pull up to holler at friends and see wat they have seen. I guess it's just a pcola thing, anytime a pier local is in a boat and near the pier they always swing in on the westside for a chat.
