AUG 29 REPORT

Got to the pier at 5:30am and the blues were thick and hitting on just about every cast. At about 6:30 I landed my first spanish but could not get another bite to save my life. Walked down the pier midway on the West side and noticed that all hell broke out the spanish were running everywhere and I put another 11 in the box and left them biting. I did manage to see a school of jacks close to shore but they wouldn't eat.

Got there about 1...winds was SSW 10-15...not alot going on until about 3 when a small king was caught...not long after that, a 20# + came in and was blitzing around chasing lil LY's and greyhounding out of the water chasing tham, but didn't eat anyone...but man what a sight...then a 6-7 foot tiger came in and ate a dead remora that was floating...what an awsome sight to see...one of the oceans BIG predators in for a snack...then about 4:30 or so, all hell broke loose...one of those epic spansih runs...don't ask what they were eating, as it didn't matter...they were THICK and HUNGRY...left at about 6:45 with a limit (As did ALOT of others) and an ansome memory or two...also,just heard that after I left, the spansih came back in until after dark...
