Chum pots for flounderHey guys, do yall ever use chum pots for Flounder with cruched up clams and mussels off the piers ,or do they just not work down there?

We don't do that up here but a couple of winters ago we were chumming for sharks with bonita chunks and ended up catching some nice flounder from where we were throwing the chunks.

That's a northeast tactic, often used for fishing for winter flounder. No, not a season, it's a species.

Black & red drum should respond well to that (crushed clam or oysters ;-)
