Edit Profile?How do you edit your profile so you can have a profile pic when you post, and also to erase whatever the advertisement is etc..

At the top of the page, click on the profile icon.
Ths signature section is what you're looking for I think. Copy the image code of the pic you want and paste it in the box.
At the bottom of that page, you'll see the avatar section. Upload a pic and put it on there. As far as the ad, it goes away after the next post.
