October!!!!!! Enter the rodeo in October, catch the biggest from pier or dock (etc.), and you walk away with around $800. So October-November is a good time for flounders.

Live baby cig, circle hook, flouro leader, fish finder rig. Throw it under the the pier and you should do ok.

How hard is it to get/find minnows down there in OCT and NOV.Can one buy them and where? Are do you have to catch them yourself?
