It was good to see everybody again.Just wanted to say it was good to see everybody again. A year and a half between visits is a long time. Saw a lot more sharks this time than any of the other trips combined. Fed flipper a couple baits and a nice king.
My dad is recuperating from taking a really hard fall on the pier. Hope he gets out again before he has to leave.

My dad went to the ER for a second time on Sunday and they gave him better pain pills. He was hoping to get out to the pier yesterday but I think he's going to give it another couple of days.
As long as work keeps the same I'll be back in September Obie.
Thanks for the "get better" wishes for my dad. I will pass them on to him.

Mr. Tony is ok..We were fishing in the rain and he left..He slipped and messed his tailbone up on the wet concrete by the bathrooms at the pier..

Those crocs must not get alot of traction when they're wet.

I don't know about Tony but my dad was wearing Asics sneakers. I know when I was talking to Pat (guy with the scooter) he said he wears nothing but the crocs on the pier. My dad has a pair but wasn't wearing them that day.

FALLING ON THE PIER - THERE SEEMS TO BE A PATTERNIVAN AND TONY, HOPE BOTH OF YOU ARE OKAY. I FELL 3-1/2 YEARS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT SETTLED WITH THEM YET. I TRIPED OVER A WARPED BOARD STICKING UP 3 INCHES IN THE SE CORNER, ONE THAT HAD WRITTEN ON IT "SAL FIX ME", AND HAD BEEN REPORTED TO THE ISLAND AUTHORITY MORE THAN ONCE TO BE FIXED. HAD TO SUE TO TRY AND GET MEDICAL EXPENSES REIMBURSED. GOOD LUCK  HOPE TO SEE BOTH OF YOU BACK FISHING SOON.

Tony wears crocs alot. Did he make the switch when we changed over? I haven't seen him on here.

Crocs are great! Only 1 problem. The soles or tread on the bottom wears out very quickly. They become slicker than Owl Shi@ as we used to say. Every pair I own are slick on the bottom. You will bust that AS$. I have decent balance & havent bailed yet. The older you get, The less I reccomend worn out crocs. Dry surfaces, Their fine.
