Ling in the bay...Me and Shay went fishing in the boat with Dan(WRD) this morning. The first fish of the day was a small ling caught by myself on a white bass assassin rigged weedless for trout, we all thought that was a great start to the day. Found him on the north side of the island in the sound. After that we made a few runs and found a few short trout and a couple legal flounder with one throw back. The spaniard's are THICK every where in the sound, couldn't get away from the bastards... All in all a good morning of fishing, got out of the water just before that really bad cell hit.

Thanks for the report. Mike M told me they caught a 35lb ling at 3 mile last Sunday.

Now thats funny Dow..It was on Menges boat...It was on the show..We caught spit loads of them last year at Bob Sikes and some at Tiger Point
