Minnows in Late November??

Hi,can one get minnows in late Nov at Panama City or Destin area?
Looks like i am coming down in late Nov for a whole week and was wanting to do some Flounder fishing then.
I do not know if i can get any then are not,But if i can?Where would i get some at?
Are do yall fish for flounder at that time of the year with something else ,like a strip bait/lures
Thanks

You should be able to get bull minnows that time of year, if we get to many cold snaps then they will be harder to get but still available.

You'll be coming at a great time for flounder. If there's no minnows, Gulp! makes a great second choice.

Thanks jewfish. If one use's Gulp? Then would White be the color to get?

I use the white ones but I don't think the color matters that much.
