Navarre Beach Thursday a.m.

Hey guys I fished east of the Navarre Pier this morning from 10am till 12:30.   The water is still dingy but there are patches of clear areas scattered throughout the beach.  It looks like the second sandbar has nice clear water right now, but the first sandbar has some murkyness.  I fished the first washout I could find with fresh shrimp with no hits after 30min.  I packed up and walked further till I found a clear patch of water and threw out.  Within 15min I had caught 2 pompano.  They must have been twins because they were both 17in.  Got one more hit a little later but it was a bluefish and it was caught then released.  Didn't bring the camera today so sorry no pics.  I"m sure there will be people catching limits today, the water seemed really 'fishy'.  Go fish!
