Need a favorOkay guys I'm in need of some ladyfish for bait. I imagine they are still thick out on the pier? If I get out there at around 6pm will they still be around? I need some for bait but don't want to waste 6.50 if it's gonna be a waste.........yeah I'm cheap.

hey konz, this has nothing to do with your questions but i have one for you. I am going to be doing some shark fishing next week. What is the best way to hook a ladyfish with a 10/0 circle hook and how big of a piece should i use?

I like to hook them right under the dorsal fin. Or if they are smaller i hook through the hard part of the mouth. (both for dead bait)
Sometimes you'll have better luck using half instead of whole.....

there are no ladyfish on the pier right now. hardly even any hardtails today
