Guys.......I am going to be down at Ft Pickens the weekend of 8/1/09 and was hoping I could find someone on here who fishing down in this area that could help me with some bait for shark fishing( Lady fish,Rays etc...) Give me a call @ 205-337-3425 or email me @ joey.morris@charter.net

well, welcome to the forum! i wish i were still in the area, i'd be glad to try and get you some bait. my personal favorite shark bait is a big fish head. if you don't get what you're looking for, you might be able to go by the marina on pensacola beach and see if anyone caught any amberjack or grouper and see if they don't mind you taking the head for shark bait. should be no problem. maybe someone here on the forum will offer the head of a cleaned king mackerel. good luck and post a report of how you do!

there have been alot of ladyfish and bluefish coming buy every afternoon on the pier
probly about 430 or 5 you could catch plenty of baits
