Pickens 9.5-9.7We spent a few hours at Pickens each day of the long weekend. There was no shortage of bait. I saw one 15# king caught on Saturday.There was enough Spanish to go around for everyone. They really went off today when the wind whipped up. It proved who actually knew what they were doing and who were just posing as knowledgable fisher-people. We saw a few flounder that were too small. The one good thing is that the people who know the size limits make sure that the people who don't obey the rules. We had a blast and it was definitely a cooler filling weekend.
I almost forgot, Ferd and Mike Young saw a 6' gator swimming under the pier.
