Thursday, 10 Sep 09Got there at 5:30 or so...Skipisauruses were everywhere...then, about 15 minutes later, spanish started hitting the deck...not quite the numbers from yesterday, but close...several Kings were also landed in the 10# range. After I left at 7, it really turned on, apparently...as usual...  ...can someone else put an update on that?

Devan the fish were waiting for you to leave. After breaking off three kings I caught three. I gaffed 8 fish including one about 18 and one about 20. I left at 9:00 AM right after I caught a 12 pounder on a threadfin.

Forgot to add a pair of tarpon came through and a small sailfish that looked but did not eat.

Retirement is hell but someone has to do it.

I am supposed to be retired.
We are raising a granddaughter that just turned six. Guess who is the designated driver for her. Have to get her up and ready for school, then deliver her to school. When she is not in school, I am babysitting. Not really what I expected of retirement.

jim, its about time to teach her to fish. she is plenty old enough. you might not get to fish the way you want, but at least you'll be fishin.
