anyone know where i can get it from?

Scotts Bait & Tackle.
Do a search on Penn parts and you will find it. He even has 704 manual bails right now.
You can also find the drag assemblies on ebay but you have to go down to the store sites.
Last time I checked Half Hitch in Panama City Beach had the parts also. |
